Flavors

These are the flavors I enjoy making most but I'm always looking to experiment with new flavor combinations.  This list is ever-changing depending on my mood!

Vanilla Bean:
  • vanilla cupcake made with real vanilla bean, topped with vanilla bean buttercream










Cherry Chocolate Chip:
  • cherry cupcake with chocolate chips baked in, topped with cherry almond buttercream and sprinkled with mini chocolate chips









Cookies-N-Cream:
  • chocolate cupcake with pieces of sandwich cookie baked on top, topped with sandwich cookie buttercream and adorned with a mini sandwich cookie









Peppermint Hot Chocolate:
  • chocolate cupcake infused with peppermint oil, topped first with chocolate buttercream rolled in peppermint pieces then a marshmallow frosting. finished off with a dusting of hot chocolate powder and peppermint white chocolate snowflakes and swizzle sticks







Peanut Butter Cup:

  • peanut butter cupcake with chocolate peanut butter swirls, topped with chocolate and peanut butter buttercreams swirled together.  drizzled with milk chocolate and finished off with a mini peanut butter cup







Snickerdoodle:
  • cinnamon cupcake topped with cinnamon buttercream and sprinkled with coarse sugar

Neapolitan:
  • chocolate and vanilla cake side by side topped with strawberry swirl cream cheese frosting and garnished with chocolate sprinkles and waffle cone piece

Tiramisu:

  • yellow cake baked with a light amount of brandy, soaked with coffee post baking and topped with a fluffy mascarpone, vanilla and kahlua frosting   *contains alcohol*
Irish Car Bomb:
  • moist chocolate cake baked with Guinness beer, filled with a Jameson whiskey ganache and topped with a Baileys irish cream frosting, garnished with chocolate swirls
